Diabetes story

In 1996, symptoms of excess thirst, excess urination, giddiness, and sudden weight loss made me visit my doctor.  Tests confirmed I had diabetes. Family history-wise, my mother is diabetic.

I feel the combination of family history and work pressure, food habits, and lack of exercise led to me developing diabetes.

How did FFD happen?

I began reading 'Mastering Diabetes’ a wonderful book. Meanwhile, "my program manager who had enrolled in FFD referred me and I joined the diabetes reversal program in HTP batch 76"

Reversal story

 I had already tasted positive results of following diabetes reversal guidelines through the book and was confident about the FFD program.

So began very positively.  Since it was a 26-year-long association with diabetes, it took time to heal, all my diabetes medicines stopped within 8-10 months.

FFD helped me reverse my hypertension too. FFD diet experts and exercise experts have been very supportive and encouraging.
