My Health Story
For years, I felt stuck in a cycle I couldn’t break. I had tried multiple diet plans, exercise routines, and lifestyle programs but nothing gave me lasting results.

How was FFD introduced and what made me choose it?
I first got introduced to Freedom From Diabetes through social media, and at the same time, my cousin had already joined the program and was seeing results.
That gave me the confidence to explore it seriously. When I joined the initial session, my expectations were actually very low.

The first month was overwhelming. There were many lifestyle changes, especially giving up dairy, which was not easy for me as a South Indian.
But slowly, things started shifting. The biggest breakthrough came when I saw the weighing scale finally move.

Fasting Transformation
One of my biggest fears before joining was fasting. I had migraines and believed fasting would trigger them.
But I decided to take it step by step:
- Started with juice fasting
- Then 24-hour fasting
- Then 48-hour fasting, eventually extended it to a 3-day fast.
- And finally, the 9-day fasting challenge
The 9-day Fast For Freedom was tough, especially around day 6–7, but I completed it. This experience completely changed my belief system. I realized my body is far more capable than I thought.
Athletic Identity
Earlier, I loved high-intensity workouts like Zumba, step aerobics, and kickboxing.
