My Diabetes Story

My journey with diabetes began in 1999. I was 98 kg at 5'7", and suddenly lost 26 kilograms in just three months without trying.

That’s when I discovered my sugar level was 430 mg/dL—I was diagnosed with diabetes, Along with hypertension and high cholesterol.

I was put on insulin and oral meds right away.

Even after the diagnosis, I struggled with discipline. I never liked being dependent on medications and kept searching for better, More natural ways to manage my condition.

Diabetes runs in my family — My father and grandmother had it, and my mother is borderline diabetic.

Over the years, my uncontrolled sugars led to three TIA (mini-stroke) episodes—in 2012, 2018, and 2022.

The first left me slightly disoriented, The second affected my vision, and the third brought on chronic headaches.

I now take blood thinners and anti-seizure meds as a preventive measure.

Thankfully, None of these left permanent damage, but they’ve taken a toll on my mental health and slightly affected my speech.

How was FFD introduced, and what made me choose it?

I first heard about FFD through a video by Dr. B.M. Hegde, who mentioned Dr. Pramod Tripathi and his work in diabetes reversal.

As a natural skeptic, I was hesitant, but Dr. Hegde's anti-medication philosophy and focus on natural healing intrigued me.

I researched FFD more online. Though the cost initially put me off, after my third TIA, I reevaluated. Worried about another episode, I decided to give the program a try, hoping to regain control of my health.

Reversal Story

My FFD journey began with one clear goal: to live a full, Uncompromised life. Within one month, I stopped all my diabetic medications entirely.

My body responded incredibly well, and my HbA1c dropped from 9.6 to 6.3 in just three months. I even discontinued my lipid medications.

However, I admit, This success made me a little complacent. I started to relax my diet. Despite these challenges, I remain hopeful and deeply grateful to be free from diabetes medication.

I know consistency is key, But I'm encouraged by the possibility of true healing without lifelong dependency.
