My Story

In 2019, my annual check-up showed an HbA1c between 6.3–6.4 — early prediabetes. I didn’t have a family history of diabetes, but I knew I had to act.

I began walking and tweaking my diet. But post-retirement in 2020, my activity dropped significantly.

That’s when my health concerns began to deepen — uric acid issues, fluctuating creatinine levels, and in 2020, an angioplasty that reminded me how important it was to take care of myself.
 

How was FFD introduced?

I got a message from Dr. Pramod Tripathi around the same time I was contemplating doing something about my health. It was well-timed.

My sister-in-law, Mrs. Ranjana Badgujar, joined FFD 4–5 years ago and had great results. Seeing frequent FFD content on Facebook also nudged me into finally signing up.
