My husband and I have always been food lovers. The problem wasn't just what we ate, it was how much we ate.
Even when we felt full, we would continue eating simply because the food tasted good. Portion control didn't exist in our lifestyle. Frequent snacking, extra servings, and mindless eating gradually became normal.
