My Diabetes Story

I was diagnosed with diabetes with an HbA1c of around 6.4.

Thankfully, I did not have a family history of diabetes, which made the diagnosis a bit unexpected.

I did not face any major symptoms directly because of diabetes, but I was already dealing with other health issues like sciatica and related discomforts.

That made me even more cautious about not allowing diabetes to progress further.

At the time of diagnosis, I was taking one diabetes tablet daily.

My Reversal Journey

When I joined the program, my HbA1c was around 6.4.

While my HbA1c remained fairly stable at 6.3, my sugar control improved, and I gained confidence that my diabetes was under control without dependency on medicines.
