My Story

I have been struggling with weight gain ever since the COVID-19 pandemic. The sudden lifestyle changes—being indoors more, less movement, and increased stress—really took a toll on my body.

I tried various ways to shed the extra kilos, but nothing seemed to work. 
 
Family history-wise —my father was diabetic. 

How was FFD introduced, and what led me to choose it?

I was introduced to the program by a friend who had successfully done it with her husband. Nothing was working for me for weight loss.

When I came to know about it, I decided to give it a try.

Reversal Story

The FFD team performed a detailed study of my case and designed a tailor-made plan.
 
I have had a wonderful journey so far with FFD losing 12 kgs and developing healthy habits and relationships with food and my body.
 
The learnings from this program are truly life-long—they go beyond health and touch every part of life.

Just yesterday, I saw a photo of myself from June 2024 and comparing it with today, June 2025, I felt nothing but deep gratitude.

This journey has restored my confidence and belief in myself. There’s no final destination—just a conscious, consistent drive where every milestone matters.

Even detours are part of the process, and I know now that I can always return to the path.

My international catch-ups with Dr. Malhar helped me focus on what matters: long cardio, fasting, and not obsessing over weight.

I am slowly adapting to running in nature and building up stamina—today, I completed my first 12K run! Still a long way to go, but I am on the road—and enjoying the ride.
