I joined the program in March 2024, and within just 3 months, I became completely medicine-free.
My HbA1c dropped from around 8 to consistently between 5.6 and 5.9 without medicines.
Alongside this, I lost around 10 kg going from 75 kg to 65 kg within a year.
Even now, I maintain around 68 kg with improved muscle strength and better fitness.

Athletic Identity
This journey unlocked something I never imagined.
I had asthma earlier and always avoided intense physical activity.
But after losing weight and improving my fitness, I started running.

I now follow a sustainable lifestyle maintaining about 70–75% of what I learned.
I practice controlled eating (1–2 meals a day), include sprouts and vegetables, and stay active through running.
