My Diabetes Story 

My health journey began during the pandemic, when I joined FFD’s Batch 51 (also known as the Corona batch).

At that time, I was pre-diabetic and not on any medication. Since there was no follow-up due to the lockdown, I didn’t pursue the program seriously.

However, about a year ago, things changed. My HbA1c climbed to 7.0, and the diagnosis shifted from pre-diabetes to full diabetes.

There was no family history, so it came as a shock. On reflection, I realized that emotional stress particularly on the personal front had played a huge role.

Why I Chose FFD

I had already come across FFD's YouTube videos and success stories earlier. They showed that diabetes could be reversed naturally, and that one could live a medicine-free life again.

That gave me the push I needed to rejoin, this time with complete seriousness.
