My Health Story Before FFD

Before FFD, my health had taken a toll. I had gained weight, reaching 72.8 kg at one point.

I suffered from L4–L5 disc issues that left me bedridden for two months. Knee pain, high BP, lethargy, and emotional eating were part of daily life.

Even though I had no diabetes or prediabetes, I felt tired all the time and had started refusing new responsibilities.
