My Diabetes Story

My diabetes was diagnosed nearly 20 years ago, after I was treated with steroids for bronchitis.

Soon after, my blood sugar shot up to 350–360, and I was immediately started on anti-diabetic medication.

Over the years, despite regular medication, I experienced constant hunger, excessive eating, post-meal drowsiness, weakness, and lack of enthusiasm.

I would feel sleepy even during work meetings and often preferred resting over social activity.
