My Diabetes Story
My diabetes was first diagnosed in 2004. Over time, I also developed BP issues and faced several health struggles related to my age and long-standing diabetes.
There was no strong family history except that my father developed diabetes later in life.

For many years, I used insulin regularly starting with 8 units a day. Over time, it varied between 8, 3, and 4 units depending on my condition.

I came to know about FFD through Sanil La, who encouraged me to explore the program. There was no complicated thought process I joined with a simple intention: I want to become better.

After joining, my insulin doses started reducing steadily and eventually stopped completely.

Meditation has been a part of my life for over 40 years. I stay at the International Heartfulness Meditation Centre, and spiritual practice is central to my wellbeing.
Meditation keeps my mind calm, improves my inner strength, and supports my mental clarity. This mental stability helped me follow the FFD guidance smoothly.
Today, my health feels stable and sound, and I am grateful for the support that helped me reduce insulin and improve my sugars.
