My Diabetes Story

I was diagnosed with diabetes during a regular full body check-up.

I have always believed in preventive health, so routine check-ups were normal for me.

In February 2024, my reports showed my HbA1c had entered the diabetic range somewhere between 6.8 to 7.2.

Looking back, there were subtle signs.

As a teacher, I spent most of my day standing and taking lectures. I used to experience severe leg cramps, especially at night while sleeping.

At first, I assumed it was dehydration or fatigue, but those symptoms eventually pushed me to investigate deeper.

There was very limited family history; only my grandfather had diabetes.

But when my sugar levels remained consistently high for months, my doctor advised starting diabetes medication.

That was something I truly wanted to avoid.

How was FFD introduced and what made me choose it?

Reversal Story

When I joined FFD, my HbA1c was close to 7.0, and I had already been taking diabetes medication once daily for around 8–9 months.

Despite medication, my sugars were still stuck around 6.2–6.3. That clearly showed me that medication alone was not solving the root cause.

My batch started on 17th May, and since I had already paid earlier, I had begun consultations with FFD doctors even before the batch officially started.

By 1st June, my diabetes medicines were stopped. That happened within just about 15 days.

Soon after, my HbA1c dropped further.

Despite this, I stayed disciplined and continued following the FFD protocols consistently from overseas.

Athletic Identity

My fitness journey is deeply rooted in yoga. I have completed advanced yoga training and continue practicing regularly.

Today, I can:

Today, my life feels far more balanced.
