My Diabetes Story
Around 8 years ago, I developed an infection, and during those medical investigations, I discovered that I had diabetes.
Initially, I did not experience many classic symptoms apart from frequent urination.
But over the years, several other health challenges slowly started building up.
I developed severe knee pain, struggled while climbing stairs, and later developed thyroid issues as well.
My weight increased drastically from around 85–90 kg to nearly 110 kg.
My digestion became very slow, I constantly felt tired, and my body started becoming heavier with time.
That phase was physically and emotionally exhausting.

Reversal Story
When I joined FFD, my HbA1c was around 6.9. Today, it has improved to 5.4.But the biggest transformation for me has been my weight loss and overall energy levels.
From 110 kg, my weight gradually reduced to around 74 kg. As my eating habits changed, my digestion improved significantly.
I shifted toward millet-based meals, steamed salads, soups, controlled meal timings, and fasting protocols.
I completely stopped eating wheat, bread, milk, butter, paneer, sweets, and rice.
Over time, fasting became a natural part of my lifestyle.

Even at 73, I actively exercise every day.
My daughter introduced me to several strength-training exercises, and now I regularly perform yoga, muscle-strengthening routines, dumbbell exercises, upper-body and lower-body workouts, and resistance-based movements.
I use 2 kg dumbbells and perform around 6–7 different exercises daily.
Exercise has become a very important part of my daily routine and confidence.

I also attended meditation sessions guided by Dr. Tripathi. Those practices brought a deep sense of calmness and lightness within me.
Even today, I continue doing meditation for around 15 minutes daily.

Today, I feel healthier, lighter, and much more disciplined than before.
My energy levels are good, I stay active throughout the day, and I no longer feel the heaviness I once struggled with.
