My Diabetes Story
It was during a routine medical checkup in 2009 that I was diagnosed with diabetes. Even though both my parents had it, the confirmation still came as a shock. For the first three to four years, I managed to control my sugars through diet alone.
But over time, I had to start medication—beginning with half a tablet of Metformin (250 mg), which eventually increased to a full 500 mg. Thankfully, I didn’t have any other health issues, but deep down, I always wished to reverse my diabetes and live medicine-free.
How was FFD introduced and what made me choose it?
My first introduction to FFD happened through a book by Dr. Pramod Tripathi. This introduction to FFD eventually led me to explore the organization’s approach in greater depth. I met Dr. Pramod Tripathi and decided to join HTP - the annual program for diabetes reversal.

Reversal Story
The team assigned to me thoroughly assessed my situation and created a customized plan. As I started following it, I noticed positive changes.
My sugars began falling in place. My medicine dosage reduced dramatically which was great. FFD gave me the confidence of becoming medicine-free sooner. The 4 protocols are the true pillars of good health.
My HbA1c value improved. My weight loss from 68 kg to 63 kg has been good. I have been advised to go for muscle building diet now.
My busy schedule often limits my ability to engage in outdoor activities but I would love to go for trekking, do gym workouts and cycling one day.
I feel that many people are not aware that reversal or significant control is possible through lifestyle modifications. If more people across India become aware of FFD’s approach, It could significantly reduce diabetes-related complications and improve the overall health of the population.
FFD is doing a great job. Thanks to all the experts for guiding and supporting me in my journey.
