My Diabetes Story

My regular checkups were revealing fluctuations in my blood sugar levels. I once had a hand injury, and the doctors discovered that my sugars were rising continuously. It was his advice that I start taking medication.

I was taking both insulin and medications. My insulin dose stopped within one month. Medicines were reduced week by week and finally, I was told to stop them too.

My 10 kg weight loss with FFD has been amazing. I used to weigh 68 kg, and right now I weigh 58 kg. 

Without taking any medication, my HbA1c level is 5.8, which is great. 

The weariness is gone. There is energy. I enjoy going to the gym regularly.
