What made me join FFD?

I was newly diagnosed diabetic, did not want to be on lifelong medicines, and wanted better sugar control.

Introduction

I am Vikas Arun Dabhadkar, 44 years young, an IT professional from Pune. I work for an IT firm as a Delivery Director. There is not much stress but I have to work long hours. Medical history-wise, both my parents suffered from diabetes.

How did I get to know about my diabetic status?

I was diagnosed to have diabetes during an annual health check-up just a few months ago. I remember my body was showing symptoms of excessive thirst and frequent urination, but could not gather it was due to diabetes.

Difficulties I faced

I did not face any grave problems due to diabetes as such. Once I found that my sugars were high, immediately joined FFD.

How did I get to know FFD?

My father (Arun Dabhadkar) and sister (Nivedita Aradhey) both were FFD members and that's how I was aware of FFD.

FFD journey

Even though I had a rough idea about how FFD works, I decided to go in a step-by-step manner. I first attended the introductory session DRS and then joined the FFD diabetes reversal program HTP batch 80. I wanted to get rid of medicines and also wanted better control of my sugar levels as soon as possible

The 4 FFD protocols are incredible. When I was detected to have diabetes, my HbA1c was pretty high at 11. My HTP program began in March 2022 and my medicines stopped in April 2022. This was the nicest thing that happened to me. There has been a big drop in HbA1c from 11 in February to 5.9 in September.

Impression

I am much better now. Have a good routine and my sugars are also very much in control even on cheat days. This is truly what is called sustainable Diabetes Reversal.
