My Diabetes Story

I was diagnosed with diabetes around six years ago.

Unlike many people, I didn't have any major symptoms such as excessive thirst or frequent urination.

My diagnosis happened during a routine health check-up when elevated blood sugar levels were detected.

There was no family history of diabetes. My parents never had diabetes, even at an advanced age.

When I reflected on the possible causes, I realized that my lifestyle had become increasingly sedentary.

As an associate professor, most of my day involved sitting, preparing lectures, teaching, and working at a desk.

Over the years, my weight gradually increased and eventually reached close to 89 kg.

My Reversal Story
