Anita Kulkarni: 10 Years Diabetes Reversed in Just 11 days

Every diabetic is different. One needs the expertise to understand each diabetic's case and treat. FFD does all this. In fact, after coming to FFD only I came to understand this! I am Anita Kulkarni, a 60-year-old homemaker from Bangalore.

How I get to know about my diabetes?

My husband was diabetic for a long time and as a dutiful wife, I used to accompany him for the medical checkups. During one such check-up in 2011, I came to know that I was diabetic too. From then onwards, I was continuously maintained on anti-diabetic medications till I came to FFD.

I suffered from frozen shoulder, leg pain, hypertension, weakness, etc. Thankfully, I was never required to be on insulin but was taking Glycomet 1000 mg 0-0-1 and Gluconorm 500 mg 1-0-0.

My BP was found to be on the higher side 2 years after my diabetes was diagnosed. So I was put on medicines for hypertension. Just before joining the FFD batch, life gave me another lemon. I came to know about high cholesterol levels which were quite distressing. Now I knew, something needed to be done. But what?

How did I come to know about FFD?

My elder son, Srinivas Kulkarni had joined FFD batch no 61. I am very happy to share that he is also medicine-free now. He was the one who inspired me to join FFD. With his splendid results, I joined the FFD 67th batch on 29.01.2021 along with my husband (who has a diabetic history of 31 years and is also free from insulin & medicine).

So, there was no second thought while joining FFD. I already knew it was going to help me but did not know would get these speedy results. My medicine was stopped after 11 days of joining FFD and I am free of diabetes medicine since then.

My weight before joining FFD was 73 kg and now I am 61 kg. My weight had reached a plateau after losing 10 kg and it just did not seem to move. FFD expertise came to my rescue here. I was aptly suggested an appropriate option for weight loss which worked fantastically. My stuck-up weight finally moved. I realized this cannot happen without deep knowledge.

After attaining a certain level of reversal, we were educated about GTT - the glucose tolerance test. I was successful in accomplishing the IGT test in October 2021. I know I have to clear GTT yet, but sure will do it soon.

I feel energetic, always active, and free from leg pain. Meditation sessions are very impressive. They helped me a lot in my reversal journey.
