My Story
Over time, my weight crept up to 82 kg. There wasn’t a big trigger — no illness or event — just a gradual gain despite eating less and doing yoga regularly.
I noticed walking was becoming tiring, my flexibility wasn’t translating to energy, and I felt weighed down — physically and mentally.
I had reached a point where I told myself, “Enough. I need to take charge.”
How was FFD introduced and what made me choose it?
My FFD connection actually goes back almost a decade. Friends in Pune had introduced me to it, and I even attended a two-day seminar.
I thought, “This is something I must do,” but life had other plans. That desire, though, never left me.
One of those friends, Mr. Ranjeet Jattar, had an especially powerful story.
He was on 11 tablets a day for diabetes, and after completing the FFD program about 10 years ago, he became completely free of medication. His transformation stayed with me.
Years later, I had a chance meeting with Dr. Pramod Tripathi, followed by a meaningful conversation with Dr. Malhar Ganla who explained the science and the holistic transformation that FFD offers.
That was my turning point. I enrolled in the Holistic Transformation Program (HTP) a few months later.

Reversal Story
Right from the start, FFD brought value into my life. I began my days with smoothies and juices. Soon, I saw the weight start to drop.
I went from 82 kg to 74 kg, feeling lighter and far more energetic. Even though some of the weight crept back during 3–4 months of international travel (currently I’m around 77 kg), the awareness FFD gave me has never left.
Whether I’m at home or dining out, I now eat mindfully. I understand my body better. I didn’t attend all the Inner Transformation sessions, but I have my own meditation practice that helps keep me centered.
Though I never formally joined any Athletic Identity groups, I didn’t need to — the energy boost from the weight loss alone was incredible! I felt motivated, more active, and alert throughout the day.
The FFD team has been amazing, especially Urjita Ma’am, my diet expert, whose kind words and gentle encouragement always lifted me.
