My Diabetes Story

I first came to know about my diabetes around the time of menopause. Before that, I never had any sugar-related issues.

After menopause, my body started going through several changes; hot flashes, body aches, and hormonal imbalances.

During one of my routine check-ups, my sugar levels were found to be high.

Diabetes also runs in my family, as my mother had diabetes, so I knew I had to take it seriously.

Over time, my sugar readings started rising significantly. When I joined the FFD program, my HbA1c had reached 11, which was quite alarming.
