My Diabetes Story

My diabetes was detected incidentally while investigating a urinary tract infection.

Though my fasting sugars were initially normal, further testing confirmed diabetes. Frequent urination was one of the early symptoms.

There is a family history, my father had diabetes. Over time, I managed the condition with medication, but fluctuations continued.

How Was FFD Introduced and What Made Me Choose It?

I came across Freedom From Diabetes through an interview of Dr. Pramod Tripathi.

I searched more about him and the program, and what stood out was the possibility of becoming medicine-free through structured lifestyle correction.

That idea motivated me to enroll.
 

Reversal & Health Improvement Story

When I joined FFD, I was taking Metformin 500 mg, initially once daily and later twice daily.

Over time, I was able to reduce and intermittently stop the medication.

Since February, I’ve been off medicines for long periods, with only brief irregular usage earlier.

My HbA1c peaked at 6.4, and post lifestyle correction, it stabilized around 6.

More importantly, my lipid profile saw dramatic improvement; earlier triglycerides were nearly three times higher; now triglycerides, LDL, and VLDL are within normal range.

One major relief was reduction in chronic body pain. I noticed clear benefits after incorporating green smoothies whenever I stopped them, symptoms returned, and restarting helped again.

Thyroid, Weight & BP Improvements
