My Diabetes Story

My diabetes was discovered many years ago, triggered by a urinary infection. Being the daughter of a diabetic mother, it wasn’t a complete surprise.

Over the years, I struggled with weight gain, thyroid issues, and stress-related kidney concerns.

At one point, I weighed over 85 kg, and despite insulin and medications, my sugar levels remained difficult to manage.

After losing my husband to cancer, I finally had the time and motivation to focus on myself and my health.

During a check-up, I underwent angiography and was diagnosed with triple vessel disease.

I still remember my cardiologist in Mumbai saying:
