My Diabetes Story

My diabetes was detected incidentally during routine testing while I was still in government service.

I had worked extensively on diabetic neuropathy and non-communicable disease projects, so I was always aware of the risks.

I remained asymptomatic throughout and managed my condition largely through diet and lifestyle.

However, after my retirement in 2021, my HbA1c once touched 8.1, which prompted me to explore structured programs more seriously.
