My Diabetes Story
I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2020 during a routine company check-up. I had no symptoms, no fatigue or frequent urination. But my reports told a different story.
With a family history (my father was diabetic), I was started on medication right away. I stayed on medicines for a few years while my weight crept up to 97 kg.

How FFD Was Introduced to Me
I came to know about FFD through my company’s health initiative. The Option Program looked promising, especially because I wasn’t looking for another quick fix. I wanted a solution that focused on long-term health, not just sugar control. That’s when I decided to give FFD a chance and it changed everything.
Reversal Story
I joined FFD with an HbA1c of 7.2. Within just one week of following the protocols, I was off all medications.
It felt like a miracle but it was science, structure, and commitment. My HbA1c dropped to 5.6, and I’ve been medicine-free since September 2023.

Weight loss followed soon after. From 97 kg, I came down to 81 kg. I did regain a couple of kilos due to a few recent slips, but I’m back on track and working to rebuild consistency.
Athletic Identity
I haven’t discovered a strong athletic identity yet. I do walk regularly, and I’ve seen the benefits. Before losing weight, I suffered from back pain.
That’s gone now. I’m not into yoga or the gym yet, but I know physical activity is a must, and I’m working on it.

Current Lifestyle & Reflection
I’ve embraced discipline. I meditate 2–3 times a week, and though I haven't continued formal Inner Transformation sessions, I’ve seen the difference in how I feel calmer, more energetic, more aware.
One big change: I used to avoid fruits fearing sugar spikes. Now I eat them dailyeven mangoesand my sugar stays stable. That’s a huge win for me.
