My Diabetes Story

I was diagnosed with diabetes very early in life. Due to age, work pressure, and lifestyle, I did not manage it seriously in my 30s and early 40s.

After nearly 15–18 years, complications began appearing in neuropathy, weakness in legs, fatigue, and gradually heart-related issues.

I reached a stage where my health felt fragile and unpredictable.

How Was FFD Introduced & Why I Chose It

I came across Dr. Pramod Tripathi’s YouTube reels repeatedly.

At that time, I was in one of the worst phases of my health; neuropathy, retinopathy, heart blockages, edema, and extremely low stamina.

I joined FFD thinking, “I don’t even know if I’ll be able to complete this.” But I decided to give myself one chance.

My Transformation Story

When I joined the program, I was taking nearly 60 units of insulin every day, my HbA1c was around 10, and my weight had reached 77 kg.

Within just 3–4 months, I was able to come completely off insulin, something I had never imagined possible.

For the first time ever, my HbA1c dropped below 7 and today it remains stable in the 6.2 range. 

Along the way, I lost 10 kg, saw a sharp drop in my fasting insulin levels, and my TG:HDL ratio improved significantly, reflecting much better metabolic health.

But what mattered most to me was relief from the constant discomfort.

The burning sensation in my legs reduced by nearly 70%, making everyday life far more comfortable and active again.

Athletic Identity

I am still building my athletic identity. Today, I can walk 2–3 km (45 minutes) daily, something that felt impossible earlier due to edema and weakness.

For me, this itself is a major milestone.

Inner Transformation & Mental Shift

The inner transformation sessions played a big role in my healing. They helped me release emotional overload, calm my mind, and regain balance.

I now practice deep breathing multiple times a day and simple meditation, which helps me stay grounded.

Current Lifestyle & Reflection
