My Diabetes & Health Story

I had undergone a significant weight gain after a difficult period in my life in the past few years.

Being abroad for the past few years I struggled with diet and lifestyle issues.

I was also dealing with blood pressure, fatigue, emotional eating, and health complications that prevented me from being active.

Previous attempts at keto, intermittent fasting, and other diet programs failed to produce sustainable results.

How I Was Introduced to FFD & Why I Joined

My father, Anant Satap Singh, had reversed his diabetes and lost 50 kg through FFD.

Witnessing his transformation firsthand inspired me to take the program seriously.
