My Diabetes Story

I never faced major diabetic symptoms. My HbA1c readings were around 5.6, slightly prediabetic.

But there were visible physical indicators like black patches on my skin.

I also faced issues due to weight back pain, chronic foot pain (plantar fasciitis), and discomfort during physical activities.

These issues pushed me to take action.

How I Was Introduced to FFD & Why I Joined

FFD was already a proven success in my home. My father had lost 10 kg and brother lost 17 kg.

Seeing their success, I enrolled with complete trust. My goal was simple to lose weight and improve overall health.

Reversal & Transformation Journey

Before joining FFD, my weight was 68.5 kg and my HbA1c was 5.6. I struggled with chronic pain, low energy levels, and limited mobility.

After the transformation, my weight came down to 53–54 kg and my HbA1c improved to 5.2.

The chronic pains vanished, no more foot pain, no black patches, and the backache completely disappeared.

My Experience with Fasting & Lifestyle Changes

During the nine-day fast, I was able to sustain comfortably until the fifth day, and in that period, I lost around 4 kg
