Diabetes story

In the year 2020, I suffered from excess urination, tiredness, and weight loss. Diabetes was confirmed upon testing, Sugar levels were so high that I was put on insulin and tablets both. I was on 20 units of insulin and 2 tablets when I joined FFD.

Medical history-wise, my siblings do suffer from diabetes.

I also used to be stressed all the time. I noticed a lack of confidence to go out alone too.

What inspired me to join FFD?

The strong urge to become free from diabetes.

How did FFD happen?

I first heard about FFD and Dr. Pramod Tripathi in Dr. B. M. Hegde's video. I visited the FFD website, and FFD YouTube channel where gathered all the information. I finally joined FFD's diabetes reversal program HTP batch 70 with the sole aim of becoming free.

Reversal story

The 4 FFD protocols namely diet, exercise, inner transformation, and medical assistance are superbly blended.  I followed everything as per the instructions and the results flew in.

My 20 units of insulin stopped within 10 days and my diabetes medicines stopped within 2 months of joining HTP.

My HbA1c numbers are worth noting.  It saw a great drop from 12.5 to 6.1 the current number.

I had suffered from unhealthy weight loss due to diabetes.  But after joining FFD, I saw healthy weight gain from 54 kg to 60 kg which is simply amazing.

I have cleared the litmus test "GTT" and been nominated in the "GTT champion category" for the FFD annual event "Muktotsav 22".
