I'm Ravindra Bhanchandra Joshi, an Engineer working for an automobile company.

My diabetes story

In 2013, during my company's annual medical checkup, it was brought to my attention that my sugar levels were elevated, indicating the presence of diabetes.

My doctor prescribed oral medications to manage my blood sugar levels, marking the commencement of my diabetes journey. As the years passed, by 2018, my medication dosage had doubled.

This served as a wake-up call, prompting me to take my condition seriously and seek effective solutions.

My brother-in-law completed the FFD program in 2016, and his remarkable results served as a great source of inspiration for me.

I'm naturally a very dedicated person, so when I joined FFD, I was committed to following the program wholeheartedly. As a result, I experienced an astonishing development – my diabetes medications were discontinued within just eight days into the program, which felt almost unbelievable.

A 10-year struggle had come to an end in a mere eight days, all thanks to the right knowledge and guidance I received from FFD. In addition to improved sugar levels, my HbA1c levels also showed significant enhancement.

Notably, I managed to shed 13 kilograms, reducing my weight from 65 kilograms to 52 kilograms. My blood pressure is now under control. What makes me even prouder is that I've cleared the Glucose Tolerance Test (GTT) five times consecutively since 2018.
