My Health Story

I was diagnosed with hypertension way back in 1994, and have been managing chronic constipation and prostate issues for decades. In 2021, I developed uveitis in my right eye and was later diagnosed with sarcoidosis.

At this point, I began exploring naturopathy and spiritual healing more seriously.

In March 2024, I noticed rising sugar levels. A doctor prescribed diabetes medication, but I had already resolved to live medicine-free. That’s when I leaned more deeply into naturopathy, yoga, Ayurveda, and holistic practices to restore balance and joined FFD soon after.

In April 2024, I joined Batch 104. Though I had already started losing weight and working on myself earlier that year, FFD brought structure, accountability, and deepened discipline into my routine.
