My Diabetes Story

I was diagnosed with diabetes about a year ago.

Initially, everything seemed fine post-meal readings were normal, but my fasting glucose slowly started creeping up.

Diabetes runs strongly in my family. My father, uncle, and aunt all have it, so I knew I needed to act early.
