My Diabetes Story


During the COVID-19 pandemic, my blood sugar levels increased and remained in the pre-diabetic range. However, after about one and a half years, they progressed to the proper diabetic range.

Subsequent routine blood tests in 2022 confirmed my diabetic status. There is a family history of diabetes, as both my parents do suffer from this disorder, although they developed it at a much later age.

Prior to being diagnosed with diabetes, I already had hypertension. After developing diabetes, I began to experience multiple issues such as fatty liver, skin rashes, itching, and various other minor problems.

How was FFD Introduced?


I came across some advertisements and videos on Facebook.

What made me choose FFD?


I participated in the Discover Reversal Session by Dr. Pramod Tripathi and found the holistic and scientific approach very appealing. I was able to grasp and connect with the concepts presented.

My previous studies also helped me understand the approach better, and by the end of the session, I made the decision to join FFD's type 2 diabetes reversal program - HTP.

The primary reason for my decision was the health benefits, particularly the prospect of diabetes reversal with weight loss.
