My diabetes story

I started noticing an odd feeling of excessive hunger in the year 2017. I visited my doctor because this was quite unusual for me. I was diagnosed as diabetic after tests.

I never thought I would develop diabetes, even though it runs in my maternal family. In 2017, I also developed high cholesterol and hypertension.

How did I discover FFD?

FFD was made known to me by a former participant.

What made me choose FFD?

Weight loss was the main reason for me to join FFD. I also wanted to reduce my fasting sugar levels. With FFD, I saw hope. The introductory webinar by Dr. Pramod Tripathi added to my confidence and I enrolled in Freedom from Diabetes type 2 diabetes reversal program - HTP immediately

Reversal story

The FFD program is a very good program. Three months down I could see the difference. There was a good 8-9 kg of weight loss which was amazing. All my family and friends too were happy about it.

My diabetes medicines stopped within just a week of joining the program. For the last 1 year have not taken any medicines other than Neurobion.

My HbA1c while joining FFD was 7.8. I will soon be getting my tests done and hope this level would be in the normal range.

I regret I could not continue the same plan as suggested due to my work schedule but strongly believe that through diet and exercise it is very much possible to reduce diabetes, and cholesterol and control BP.
