My Story
I have been living with diabetes for 10 years. During COVID, my sugar levels spiked drastically, and I had to start insulin along with three daily doses of metformin.
Alongside diabetes, I struggled with knee and back pain, burning hunger sensations, acidity, and constant fatigue. It felt overwhelming.

How FFD Was Introduced
One day, while attending the Muktotsav event (I am a past participant from HTP 99), I watched inspiring stories of participants who had reversed diabetes after 25–36 years.
Seeing people older and with longer diabetic histories made me think: “If they can do it, why can’t I?” That was the moment I decided to join FFD.

Reversal Journey
I joined FFD in January 2025 and committed fully from day one. I followed the program diligently adhering to workouts, practicing yoga asanas, meditating daily, and following diet protocols.
When I began, I weighed 64 kg with an HbA1c of 7.2. Today, I weigh 50 kg, and my HbA1c is 5.5.
Beyond numbers, I have also cleared the GTT & transformed my body and mind gaining strength, flexibility, confidence, I never imagined possible.

Thanks to FFD, I now perform 50 rounds of Surya Namaskars and can hold a plank for 60 seconds, activities that seemed impossible before.
