My Diabetes Story

There were no signs. No fatigue, no thirst, no frequent urination. Just a casual sugar check on my dad’s machine and I was shocked to find out I had diabetes.

A proper blood test revealed an HbA1c of 14. My doctors were alarmed. They immediately prescribed Metformin and ran a full health check-up.

How FFD Entered My Life

Around that time, I stumbled upon a Facebook post by Dr. Pramod Tripathi. What caught my attention wasn’t inspiration, it was science.

He explained the root cause of diabetes as insulin resistance, not insulin deficiency. That clarity led me to FFD’s webinar, and soon after, I joined the program.

With complete dedication to FFD’s diet and exercise protocols, I was off medicines within 4–5 months. My HbA1c dropped to 6.

My cholesterol levels, which had been extremely high, also normalized. The change felt empowering and totally achievable.

Athletic Identity

I now practice yoga regularly and have set a personal fitness goal of doing 128 Surya Namaskars. From being underweight and fatigued to setting physical challengesI feel like I’ve come a long way.

Current Lifestyle & Reflection

FFD didn’t just heal my body, it restructured my mindset. I meditate every night for 15 minutes and feel more energetic and focused at work. I used to avoid fruits; now I enjoy them every day without sugar spikes. Life feels balanced again.
