My diabetes was detected during routine defence medical tests. Both parents had diabetes, so the diagnosis wasn’t surprising.
Over the years, the biggest struggle was loss of energy and nagging calf and knee pain.

My Reversal Story
When I joined FFD, my HbA1c was 7.6 and I was on Metformin 500 mg three times a day along with cholesterol medicines.
Within just one month, I stopped the diabetes meds & the next month I was off the cholesterol medications.
My HbA1c steadily dropped to 5.7, and today I remain medicine-free with more energy and freedom than I’ve felt in years.
I lost 11 kg, going from 67 to 56 kg, and then gained back 2 kg of healthy muscle to reach 59 kg with improved strength and stamina.
