My Story

My health struggles began with PCOD at age 26. Despite multiple thyroid regimens, Ayurvedic treatments, and various diets my weight fluctuated drastically, even touching 95 kg at one point.

After pregnancy, I experienced gestational diabetes, and over time, my lifestyle pushed me towards prediabetes.

Daily life became difficult. I was always fatigued, easily irritated, and unable to enjoy simple activities.
