My Diabetes Story
After losing my newborn, I slipped into depression. Several tests later, I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes, and over time, it progressed to full-blown diabetes.My fasting readings used to be 180+, and medicines kept increasing.
There were panic attacks, sleepless nights, and emotional turmoil. I knew I had to break the cycle before I broke down completely.

My Reversal Story
In 4 months, my HbA1c dropped from 8.3 to 6.1. My medicines reduced drastically from morning & evening to just one night dose.
My post-meal sugars PP1/PP2 became perfectly controlled. Weight dropped from 65 kg to 57.8 kg.
Physically, I feel lighter; mentally, I’m steadier. I may have breakdown moments but now I know how to bounce back.
Inner Transformation Experience
This was the real game changer for me. Through vision boards, manifestation, meditation, chakra practices, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and the positivity shared within our groups, I gained deep emotional strength, clarity, and resilience.
Today, I practice meditation regularly, listen to inspiring podcasts, and use breathing to manage stress.
