My Story Before FFD

I had no diabetes but my weight had gone up to 95 kg. Due to my job’s physical demands, I often felt heaviness, stiffness in my back and low energy. I realised it was time to take control before things worsened.

How FFD Was Introduced to Me

A colleague referred me to FFD. I initially joined for weight loss, as I could see my health declining even at a young age.

Reversal Story

Within the first month of FFD I lost 5–7 kg, another 5–7 kg in the second month and about 3 kg in the next 15 days. Altogether, I lost 18 kg in around 4 months, going from 95 kg to 77 kg.

I started following the 25-25% formula morning sprouts, salads, lentils, soups and controlled portions of chapati.

I also began fasting protocols like water fasting and juice fasting on Sundays. Initially I felt a little hungry, but my body quickly adapted and I began feeling light and energetic.

Athletic Identity

Currently I don’t have a defined athletic identity, but I’ve started running and other exercises after stopping gym workouts.

These activities, along with FFD’s guidance, are helping me build a sustainable fitness habit.

Inner Transformation

Due to my service job and time constraints, I couldn’t attend live inner transformation sessions but I make use of recorded sessions. Meditation and journaling are on my list to start soon.
