Since my condition was prediabetes, I joined the diabetes-focused FFD program to work on my lifestyle at the root level.

Reversal Story
At the time of joining, my weight was around 100 kg and my HbA1c was 5.7. Through the program, I lost close to 15 kg, although there were phases where inconsistency led to some gain.
Despite that, my HbA1c has remained stable, and my cholesterol ratio has improved, as seen in my reports.
More importantly, I feel far more active and energetic than before, and the constant lethargy has reduced significantly.
