My Diabetes Story
I wasn’t diabetic, but I was heading in that direction. Diabetes runs in my family, so even though my HbA1c was around 5.6, I knew the risk was real.
My bigger struggle was weight. At 125 kg, everything from small tasks to simple movements felt heavier.
