My diabetes was detected during a routine annual check-up. Initially, I was labelled pre-diabetic.

I first heard about Freedom From Diabetes through a talk by Dr. B.M. Hegde, where he mentioned Dr. Pramod Tripathi’s work.
Curious, I attended an introductory session, listened to real stories, and reviewed the science behind the program.

My Reversal Story
When I joined FFD, my HbA1c was 7.8. What truly shocked me was how quickly my body responded within just 10 days, I was able to stop my diabetes medicines.
I still remember that exact 10th day clearly. After more than a decade of depending on medication, I could finally see and feel a real change happening from within.
