My Diabetes Story
Diabetes entered my life in 2004. I had symptoms, and since my father was a clinician and also diabetic, I consulted a doctor early.
For years, I managed diabetes with medication and caution, but fear was always present, fear of worsening numbers and complications.
How Was FFD Introduced & What Made Me Choose It
I had heard about Dr. Pramod Tripathi earlier through colleagues, but I wasn’t very serious initially.
Later, I received an official corporate invitation through my workplace (L&T). That is when I decided to give Freedom From Diabetes a genuine try.
My Reversal Story
When I joined FFD, my HbA1c had recently been 8.45, and at joining it was 7.7. Today, it has come down to 7.0, and more importantly, my medication has reduced.
I was taking three tablets earlier, which has now reduced to two, and the reduction is happening gradually and safely.
My weight dropped from 68 kg to 61 kg, nearly 7 kg, within a short span, something I had never achieved earlier.
