At joining, my weight was 70.2 kg and my was 5.9. Over the next 6–7 months, I lost nearly 10 kg, reaching 60 kg at my lowest.
Currently, I maintain around 61 kg comfortably.

Today, I live with clarity and confidence. I understand nutrition, I can manage hunger, I exercise consistently, and I know how to sustain my health as I age.
I am not on any medication. My goal is simple to extend my healthy, medicine-free years for as long as possible.
