My Diabetes Story

My journey began with symptoms like fatigue, body pain, swelling, snoring, and low energy. With a strong family history of diabetes,

From a highest weight of 105 kg, I had already reached 94 kg at joining, and today I am 83 kg, a 22 kg loss purely through lifestyle.

My HbA1c dropped from 11.7 to 6.5, something I once thought impossible. Symptoms that troubled me for years have almost completely disappeared.
