My Diabetes Story
I was diagnosed with diabetes almost 10 years ago. Interestingly, I did not face any major symptoms, but I had seen what uncontrolled diabetes could do to people.
A close family connection suffered severe kidney complications and eventually passed away due to diabetes being taken lightly.
That incident stayed with me. I have two sons, and I knew that if I fell sick, it would affect them too. I did not want my family to suffer because of my health negligence.

How Was FFD Introduced and What Made Me Choose It?
I came across Freedom From Diabetes through Facebook and YouTube, where I regularly listened to Dr. Pramod Tripathi.
What convinced me was the possibility of preventing complications through lifestyle correction. I did not want diabetes to decide my future. I joined FFD with a clear mindset. I have to act now.

My Reversal Story
When I joined the program, my HbA1c was around 7 or slightly above. I was taking around 1100 mg of diabetes medication daily.
I joined TRP in May and started HTP in mid-June. By July, I was completely off diabetes medicines under guidance.

At the time of joining, my weight was around 84 kg. Within just three months, I lost nearly 12 kg and reached close to 72 kg.
Due to family functions and travel, my weight temporarily increased, but I am currently around 75 kg and again working toward reduction.

I have also set clear fitness goals for myself, including gradually introducing yoga alongside gym sessions.
