My Diabetes Story

My diabetes was discovered during a routine corporate health check-up. My HbA1c was 9.9, and several other parameters, especially cholesterol, were not in a healthy range.

I also experienced tingling sensations in my legs, which my doctor said could be due to either high sugar levels or vitamin deficiency.

I do have a family history of diabetes, so the diagnosis didn’t come as a complete shock, but it was still unsettling especially given my demanding work schedule with rotating day and night shifts.

How Was FFD Introduced and What Made Me Choose It?

I was already consulting an Ayurvedic doctor in Goregaon, from whom I had been taking treatment for about six to eight months.

My Reversal Journey
