My Health Story

For years, my sugar levels kept fluctuating.

At one point, my HbA1c was above 10. Along with office stress and irregular habits, my health was slipping.

Even after retirement, I knew I needed a stronger solution to regain control of my body and mind.

My Reversal Story 

When I joined FFD, I was taking diabetes medication. Under doctor supervision, my medicines were gradually stopped and re-adjusted based on regular report monitoring.

With the prescribed food plan, consistent discipline, and continuous follow-ups, my HbA1c came down significantly from 10 to 6.5 in just five months. 

Within six months, I was able to stop diabetes medications completely, and my cholesterol medicines were stopped in just five months.

Along with this, I lost around 10 kg in five months, which transformed my energy levels, boosted my confidence, and made me feel healthier and more in control of my life.

Transcendental Residential Program Experience (TRP)

The routine was strict but effective. Simple food, guided exercise, and discipline helped reset my habits. After TRP, following the lifestyle became much easier at home.

Athletic Identity

Today, yoga and walking are part of my daily life.

I perform Surya Namaskar, practice stretching, and walk regularly.

Along with that I also indulge in exercises like warm up, stretching with resistance band, weight, NOD and antigravity etc in my journey.

Earlier I used to feel tired quickly now movement feels natural and enjoyable.
