My Diabetes Story

Diabetes came quietly. I didn’t have any major complications, but I did notice constant thirst and low energy levels.

A random check confirmed diabetes, and with a family history already present, I knew I couldn’t ignore it.

My job involves long hours and a largely sedentary routine, and staying away from home made diet control even more challenging.
